How DOR Designers Work

AI Vibe Coding

Designers use Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Framer AI, and other AI tools to take designs all the way from UI code to shipped product features. You don't stop at Figma, you build the interactions you envision directly into the product.

  • Go from design to prototype to production with AI tools, end-to-end.
  • Lead with sharp design craft, and contribute across the whole product in code.

At DOR, designers don't just draw screens. They define UX problems, prototype directly with AI tools, run experiments, and prove their work by moving user behavior.

  • Contribute flexibly across Creator, Community, and Growth based on company priorities.
  • Watch user VOC and behavior data directly, define the friction as a problem to solve.
  • Go beyond Figma: build working prototypes using AI design and coding tools.
  • Work as one team with PO and engineers to validate hypotheses fast and move real metrics.
  • Design, experiment, and learn on a 1–2 week cadence to refine the product experience.
  • Care about usability and visual polish, but also about whether behavior actually changes.

What You'll Ship

Depending on your strengths and our current priorities, you may own design in any of the product areas below, often across multiple at once.

Creator · Gameplay Into Content

  • Design the full creator flow: auto-recording, clip generation, editing, and sharing.
  • Aim for "capture without setup, satisfying output without editing."
  • Translate complex video editing into game-native UX anyone can use fast.

Community · Where Gamers Connect

  • Design feed, profile, follow, notification, and reaction, the core community UX.
  • Shape why users come back and how relationships form, as UX problems to design for.
  • Build the interactions that move retention, engagement, and network effects.

Growth · Acquisition and Virality

  • Design landing pages, onboarding, experiment pages, and the full funnel UX and visuals.
  • Turn conversion hypotheses into designs, and iterate on them quickly yourself.
  • Design hooks and viral interactions inside the product as part of the growth loop.

How We Work

  • We build the product customers want, not the one the CEO wants.
  • We loop through problem definition, hypothesis, execution, measurement, and learning every 1–2 weeks.
  • We make judgment calls based on data and customer voice, not instinct.
  • Designers don't just make screens, they define problems and own outcomes.
  • We build the product as one team, without squad silos.
  • Ship fast, validate fast, adjust direction fast.

Tech Stack

In Your Résumé, Please Share

  • Any prototype or feature you built directly with AI tools, be specific
