Core Values

The 10 principles that guide how DOR Team works

01

Customer Obsession

"Make something people want." — Y Combinator

The reason a company exists is its customers. Our mission is to deeply understand the discomforts and problems customers face, and to solve them. We always listen to the voice of our customers and relentlessly strive to deliver what they truly need. Products must be designed with user experience as the top priority, and we focus solely on building products that customers love and trust.

02

One Team

"No one is bigger than the club." — Alex Ferguson

We are one team of people aligned with the team's mission and vision, rather than individual goals. The team's overall objectives take priority over personal achievements, and we work together for the success of the entire team, not just our own tasks. Every problem is everyone's responsibility, so we never look the other way saying "that's not my job." To achieve our shared goals, we trust and collaborate with each other, always moving as one team.

03

Pursue Impact

"What's the one thing I can do such that by doing it everything else will be easier or unnecessary?" — Gary Keller, The ONE Thing

For us, "impact" means the positive change and value we bring to gamers. We focus not on sheer volume of work, but on work that creates real value. To achieve this, we find the fastest and most effective methods, and in that process, channel all our energy into the truly important "one thing." We focus on what "must be done" rather than what "would be nice to do."

04

Execute, Execute, Execute

"Hey, have you even tried?" — Chung Ju-yung, Hyundai

We constantly ask ourselves, "Are we already doing it?" Rather than waiting for the perfect plan, we execute first and learn and improve along the way. We prioritize action over deliberation and embrace even failure as a valuable learning opportunity. We believe that anything can be achieved through rapid action and learning. With the conviction that action drives change, and change ultimately leads to success, we make bold decisions and execute.

05

Relentless Drive to Improve

"Excelsior!" — Stan Lee, Marvel

We all set audacious goals and pursue both speed and quality to achieve them. We always aim for the best and beyond, without compromise, showing growth every single day. Our success lies in continuous challenge and growth; we set high expectations for ourselves and for the team, and we never stop striving to meet them.

06

Move Fast.

"The only way to win is to learn faster than anyone else." — Eric Ries, The Lean Startup

We stay ahead of the competition through speed. Through rapid execution and learning, we respond flexibly to market changes, turning even failures into stepping stones toward greater success. The reason startups can outgrow large corporations lies in swift decisions and iterations. Our core strategy is fast execution, fast feedback, and fast learning.

07

Boundless Effort to Complete the Mission

"It's not that I'm so smart, it's just that I stay with problems longer." — Albert Einstein

We never abandon what we start midway, and when results come in, we must be able to look back with confidence that we gave our absolute best -- so much so that no one else could have done better. To accomplish our goals, we dive directly into problem-solving and, when necessary, redefine our own roles and scope. Through relentless effort and tenacity, we complete our missions and never leave room for regret.

08

Data-Driven Thinking

"In God we trust. All others must bring data." — W. Edwards Deming

We believe everything can be measured and pursue data-driven thinking. When forming new hypotheses or solving problems, we make decisions based on objective data rather than relying on intuition alone. We build an environment where everyone can easily access and utilize data, helping all members find the most efficient approaches and measure outcomes through data. Data is the most important asset underpinning all our actions and decisions.

09

Ownership

"The Buck Stops Here." — Harry S. Truman, 33rd president of the United States

We take full responsibility for what we own, from start to finish. We never blame others or external factors for results. Everyone believes they are a leader, becomes the agent who solves problems on their own, and focuses on improving the next action and decision. A sense of accountability for results is the most important driving force behind our growth and success.

10

Radical Transparency and Candid Feedback

"Understanding what is true is essential for success, and being radically transparent about everything, including mistakes and weaknesses, helps create the understanding that leads to improvements." — Ray Dalio, Principles

We pursue radical transparency and candid feedback. All information about the team and our work -- excluding personal information -- is shared with every member so that anyone can accurately understand the situation (runway, revenue, data, P&L, etc.). If things are going well, radical transparency will clearly show it; if things are not going well, transparency will clearly show that too, helping us maintain high standards. Every member openly shares mistakes and gives honest feedback. Candid feedback is based on goodwill for the team's growth, with a focus on everyone growing together. Through this, we create better outcomes.
