CEO Staff Intern

Work directly under the CEO to think through and execute strategic challenges across the company. This is a position where you can experience the decision-making process of an early-stage startup from the closest seat. Key Responsibilities

The CEO Staff Intern works directly under the CEO to think through and execute strategic challenges across the company.

This position is different from typical internships that support a specific team's work. You will directly tackle the challenges the CEO considers most important and experience the entire startup decision-making process.

What the CEO Staff Does

  • Support research and analysis needed for CEO decision-making.
  • Prepare and manage meetings with strategic partners, investors, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate major internal project progress.
  • Support executive scheduling and communications.
  • Research and report on global gaming and tech trends.
  • Support team culture events and hiring process operations.

What Matters Most in This Role

We're not looking for a simple supporter, but someone who thinks alongside the CEO and executes directly.

  • Ability to quickly organize complex information and communicate key points
  • An attitude of identifying tasks proactively and moving first rather than waiting for instructions
  • Ability to communicate flexibly with various departments, external partners, and investors
  • Ability to adapt to rapid startup changes and quickly reprioritize

What You'll Experience

Strategy Development & Execution

  • See firsthand how the CEO sets priorities during the early stages of a startup.
  • Experience various decision-making processes up close, including fundraising, partnerships, hiring, and product direction.

Global Gaming & Tech Industry

  • Gain deep understanding of global gaming, social media, and creator economy trends.
  • Build experience communicating with global networks including San Francisco.

Rapid Growth Environment

  • Go beyond simple work experience to develop a perspective that understands the entire company's flow.
  • If performance is strong, there is an opportunity for full-time conversion after the internship.

Qualifications

  • No education requirements (currently enrolled students welcome)
  • Strong interest in startups and the tech industry
  • Fast learning ability and proactive work attitude
  • Basic communication ability in Korean and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of gaming, social media, and global tech
  • Previous startup internship or team project experience
  • Basic data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, etc.)
  • Experience with research, report writing, or presentations
  • Interest in full-time conversion
