Attract new users to DOR and build brand awareness through gaming content. This role creates organic viral growth using short-form videos, social media, and gaming communities. We're looking for someone who can quickly catch trends and turn them into real content.

Key Responsibilities

The Contents Marketer at DOR promotes DOR through gaming content and drives more users to discover and try DOR for the first time.

The Growth Squad is at the forefront of solving the challenge: "Get more gamers to discover DOR, try it, and spread the word."

The Contents Marketer creates content that isn't just promotional material, but content that naturally blends into gaming culture in a way users want to share.

What the Contents Marketer Does

  • Plan and produce content for DOR's brand social channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts).
  • Quickly create and experiment with viral content that reflects gaming culture trends.
  • Plan and execute collaborative content with creators and streamers.
  • Analyze content performance and iteratively improve channel-specific strategies.
  • Plan and manage organic DOR expansion campaigns within gaming communities.
  • Discover and amplify user-generated content (UGC).

Key Challenges in This Role

We're looking for someone who creates content that gamers actually want to share, not just someone who makes pretty content.

  • Creating content that gamers respond to naturally without feeling like advertising
  • Leveraging platform-specific algorithms and trends to create organic reach
  • Responding immediately to trends with fast production cycles without missing the moment
  • Building structures where content performance translates into actual user acquisition

Key Metrics for the Growth Squad

  • Views / reach by channel
  • Content saves / shares / comments
  • Follower growth
  • Content to install conversion rate
  • Campaign participation rate
  • UGC generation count

The core goal is not to post a lot of content, but to make more users discover DOR, install it, and spread the word.

How We Work

  • DOR decides content strategy based on data and user feedback, not gut feeling.
  • We build fast, post, observe reactions, and improve.
  • We don't just analyze trends -- we immediately turn them into content.
  • The Contents Marketer is not a simple executor -- you discover and propose opportunities on your own.
  • Collaborate closely with PO, designers, and community managers to ensure content drives growth metrics.

Qualifications

  • Experience planning and producing short-form video content
  • Experience managing social channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of gaming, esports, and gaming culture
  • Proficiency with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with game streaming or creator activities
  • Experience with content performance data analysis
  • Experience with UGC discovery or creator collaboration
  • Ability to create English-language content
  • Interest in full-time conversion
